as you can see in the screenshots, i clearly dredged Scabbs and then drew. I did not get Scabbs
I think I saw someone else talk about relic of dimensions and drawing. For whatever reason, it actually doesn’t draw from the top of your deck sometimes. I don’t know more than that or why that would happen.
