didnt test cards other than great hall like keeper of uldaman but i assume its the same

Observed it with ‘Follow ze rules!’, and yes, it is.

[Added 8/31] [Hearthstone]: We’re investigating reports that Eyestalk of C’Thun doesn’t respect certain non-C’Thun buffs.

They might have ‘fixed’ something… the ‘cure’ being not better than the ‘disease’.
