Etc just doubles the change to draw the card. Druid will probably target guff. A deck build around bran might target bran.
And it does so at no real cost since 4/4 draw 1 is not bad for decks that are not agro.
I do agree when it comes to tech cards. I dont think its a great idea to put 3 tech cards for 3 different matchups in your deck and then have this card pick the one you need. Thats not the way to go with this card or tech cards in general. Though it could be an option if the meta becomes very polarized and very effective tech cards against the top decks are available.
