When I try to play duels the app freezes. I’ve deleted and re-download twice.

Same haven’t been able to play this patch. I think I’d completed a run but not claimed the reward, then the patch has happened making those rewards bugged. It happened last patch too, if this forum post is anything to go by: Heroic Duels- Stuck on Chest Reward - #54 by DD4Lyf-1334.
It’s affecting me on mobile and on PC.
@BlizzActiKingCrosoft people, pretty please can I test for you by installing the old client going through the reward screens then re-installing the new client ???
Duels is really the only gamemode I still play!!

I’m having the exact same issue. Oddly enough, though, the audio shifts as if I’d gone to the reward screen, and tapping the bottom of the screen can bring up the deck profile - although the hero portrait is missing from its frame.
…so I giggled with the screen some more for the heck of it and somehow opened the chest and opened the reward packs, despite it being on the Duels start screen.
I guess the problem is solved for me now? Huh…
