Doctor Holli'dae bug [edit:Firestone or logging bug at most]

Tried the Doctor two times now…it works perfectly :man_shrugging:t2:

But I do know your real behavior.

You had every opportunity to investigate for yourself and discover that it wasn’t a Hearthstone bug at all. You could have spent five minutes reviewing the Firestone replay to see what cards were drawn to deduce what the last four cards must have been, just as Derkan did.

But you did not do that; instead you came running to the bug report forum. Real behavior!

And now you’re blaming it on Firestone. More real behavior.

But hey, at least you came back to face the music. Kudos for that.

So in a situation where the game tells you that a condition is not met but your tracker says otherwise, you prefered to believe a third party software, rather that the actual game. And after witnessing that what the game predicted was true, you decided to report that as a bug. And when people try to navigate you toward the game being true, and your tracker being wrong, rather than double checking to be sure you prefered to stay enclosed in your mindset that the game was wrong and it couldn’t be your fault.

Surely not, but at least I try to help people understand the game when it’s just something they missed or didn’t understand. At least helping them understand prevents their topic from being bumped and it provides some kind of visibility for newest reports

I doubt that this log file is made purposefully for third party apps. And even if it was, I doubt even more that the bug would be on the log file and not on the app.
Deck trackers don’t just display the data of the log file, they filter a lot of things out of it and sometimes they mess things up. They don’t register secrets, cards being drawn… Or sometimes they even provide information that is in the log but that is not visibly available for the player, giving them information they shouldn’t be aware of.

How did that narcissistic brain, not “explode”, after that cognitive dissonance episode it had there?

When they resort to ad hominem, I know I’ve won.

Peace.

in order to be an ad hominem, it’s a narcissistic brain.

yes yes “I’ve won” indeed.
