Didn't receive Arena Rewards

Dear Support,

I was told by Game Master Slitixiss to report the issue here, so here’s what happened (the ticket is 17 hours old):

I had an old open Arena Run with 8 wins and 2 losses which ended due two the new expansion hit. Rewards for that run were 150 Gold + 40 Gold + 10 Dust + 1 Rise of Shadow Pack.

This happened yesterday. On Release-Day I wasn’t able to play in the evening, even though I logged in twice to check. Once before 7 pm and once later in the evening. Yesterday I opened my 200+ Packs and after that ended said Arena run without receiving the rewards.

I waited another day in hope that maybe a possible technical malfunction happened and the rewards will be received after a fresh day of waiting.

Sadly, today the rewards still didn’t appear. I play on PC only.

You did get your rewards. Just not when you looked. The rewards are not added when you click to reveal them; they were already added when the expansion launched and your run was retired.
