I just logged in after getting all the rewards yesterday. I still have the golden classic pack, but the demon hunter pack for finishing the prologue is gone again. It’s gone on EU and NA for me. Anybody else with that problem?

Turns out that’s a visual bug. You already got that pack when you finished the prologue and that pop-up isn’t supposed to be there.
But I never got a DH pack. I hope I don’t got you wrong, but I got Illidan/ DH for finnishing the prologue.
Already a Known Issue:
The reward of 1 Demon Hunter class pack is for players that have yet to complete it.
When you finish the prologue, you get the initiate cards. That’s the new equivalent.
