Can't play the Adventure "League of Explorers"

I recently bought the expansion League of Explorers but i can’t play it.
When I click “Choose”, it just starts a infinite loading.
I have tried playing it in multiple devices (cellphone and PC) but the result is the same.
And I also have tried to verify and repair, restart my pc, change the language (you never know) and a few other things, but nothing changed.

Same thing here, did all of the steps you did, and still nothing, hoping this gets answered soon! Would love to play some of the old Adventures!

I have the same problem with blackrock mount adventure :confused: Infinite loading, I can play all the other adventures. I can launch class challenges but not normal or heroic mode. Can’t click anywhere while loading I have to restart the game each time. I also did all the steps you did.

Any news? Infinite loading still happening

It’s kind of messed up there is no resolution time for something we all paid money for weeks ago. I think a refund is in order. Who do we contact about that CeCe?

i cant even sell back the adventure to get a refund wtmf how can i be calm???

AAhh seems like I am not the only one. I hope they update and fix this soon. I really want to play it because I just bought it tonight.
