When you first time launched HS, the game asked you about google drive sync. Did you agree? If you did, try reinstall HS, but do not agree this time.

I don’t know if you’re still having this problem or even care about it. But I was having the same issue. I had played through the tutorial missions without an account and then tired to log into my account and ran into our shared problem. I had to uninstall the game from my phone and reinstall it, making sure to log in as soon as possible. It sucks because now I have to redo those missions.
that is a box not a technical support issue.
