Good afternoon, explaining. I play Hearthstone very rarely, for the last few years, because of this, a small bug has come out that I cannot solve in any way, or I simply do not see a solution. Now I have a 14/10 decks, I can’t create a new one, I can’t delete old ones - he writes that you need to reach level 10 on all characters (I have not yet had time to play on the demon hunter from the word at all, I played BG mostly). Also, I am not allowed into arenas, duels, and I cannot take level 10 on a character, all for the same reason - the inability to create a deck.
