I don’t know mate, the design of this questline is so ridiculously unhealthy that it really is difficult to make it balanced. Change the quest reward to be unplayable for 1 turn after the quest was completed, so you can have a better chance with Mutanus. But that probably wouldn’t solve the problem either. To be honest I’d be happy if they could just hall of fame that quest, delete it from the game, accept it was a bad design and that’s it.
