Bug or cheat with hunter?

Hello, on turn 3 the hunter can put 4 cards, 1 of 9 coins + 1 of 8 coins + 1 of 10 coins + 1 of 3 coins!?
End of the game and unplayable, can you explain to me?
If it’s normal, this game became stupid and ridiculous, especially regarding its continual bugs.
