In tombs of terror, when playing the battle horn, both players explode and I automatically win and move on to the next enemy.
I also meet this bug. In my case though, both players explode and I fight another boss in the same order.
i.e. I played MBH in the 4th boss. After that, I fight the 4th boss again.

Known issue:
Both heroes exploding means a draw, so you get to repeat against a boss of the same level (not end of your run).
I had the same problem. After the seventh Murloc both players explode, then you go to the next enemy without take any reward.
Just had this bug occur, nothing on my board, and used the battle horn. The moment the 7th murloc was spawned, both exploded.
Now I’ve also encountered the bug in the Decorating Dalaran! tavern brawl.
