this dont Work!!! i tried every possible stuf … reinstall, region switch each deck is bugd and cant play ranked thats a nice joke

I found a workaround. REinstall game on Android, then it should work, LAter:

  • Start Hearthstone on Android (where it works).
  • Enter the game
  • Quit the app cleanly.
  • Then launch Hearthstone on PC — it reconnects to that same session.
  • Concede the “match” (or exit that flow).
  • After that, the deck claim flow resets, and the game works normally again.

IT WORKED!!! Yes the one person is right u have to download it on Andorid if u dont have an Android install blustack the andoroid emu. go in to a match and follow his steps @Fipilos. It workd for me i can play normaly now. EDIT: NVM this method sucks … u have to deinstall everytime again and even if u reinstall it it can happen that after one single match the bug appears after it

I found a temporary workaround (it doesn’t fix the bug, but it lets you play). You’ll need two devices:

  1. Log into the game on one device, go to Tavern Brawl, start a match, then close Hearthstone.
  2. On the second device, log into the game — it should reconnect to the same match.
  3. Concede the match, then go to Ranked. It should work.

Note: If you restart the game or leave the Ranked screen, the bug will reappear.

On Android, wasn’t an issue yesterday when I was playing ~6PM EST, but this morning I am stuck on the choose deck screen and cannot progress.

same issue. can’t skip/close the “claim free ladder deck” window. I claimed my Deck 2 weeks ago or so.

it seems hearthstone on android should be reinstalled every time before

but for me that solution was temporary. because when I go back to main display, that “free claim ladder deck”-gamebreaking bug appears again.

If only there was some sort of community engagement program to at least acknowledge the issue.
