We’re aware that some players continue to get stuck on the pop-up window and we’ll be rolling out another heal-up by the end of the day (Friday October 10, Pacific Time).
We’ve identified all causes of this issue, and we’re working on a permanent fix to include in our next hotfix patch.
Until this fix is implemented, we expect this issue to still happen occasionally, and we’ll be rolling out additional daily heal-ups from Monday on.
[Missing Ladder Ready Deck] In some cases, players that claimed their deck when their trial period has expired while they were playing also weren’t granted the cards (the selected deck is not visible; the cards are not in Collection).
If this happens to you, logging out and back in should assist with most cases.
We’re aware that this doesn’t work for everyone, and we’ve identified all players that weren’t automatically granted the cards on their next login; we’ll be including a fix in the next server patch.
We’re planning to release a hotfix patch next week.
