This has been bugged for a long time. No news on when it will be fixed.

[Updated 6/29] [Hearthstone]: The team is investigating reports that some minions (mostly tokens) are sometimes appearing as invisible. (Can one ever “appear” invisible? ) Update: while we work on the solution to this, a known workaround is that restarting your client will make them re-appear.
