I have been over this in another bomb probability thread before, but tldr, if the chance is not 0 it can happen no matter how unlikely it is. There are thousands of games played each day so odds are that 0.1% chance occurance is gonna happen multiple times a day, to someone in the world.
There are many RNG effects and one as prevelant as bombs in both casual and pro play would probably have been found out at this point especially if it was as egrigious as you described. If something is signifficantly off the community will notice. (See Nat Pagle)
