Was playing as Ysera. On the second round it froze as the turn timer ended.
My opponent playing Edwin Vancleef was able to emote to me, and respond to my emotes. So at least two of us were stuck. None of the other players emoted. No idea if they got trapped.
I had just played a golden red welp as my left most minion, where I discovered the steward of time that I played on the right. Hopefully all the detail helps.
Was able to concede and the game got unstuck. Still its annoying to lose rank over a bug.

Note that as explained in the post I linked to, it is perfectly possible to emote and see emotes even though your connection to the game server is severed.
