they don’t interact, I just beat them so I’m higher rank then them then I won’t see them anymore

Three months ago I played wild for the first time in six month so my MMR was reset a good amount, I ran out of bonus stars at like gold 5 and that is when all those names became abundant

became less and less frequent and when I hit diamond 10 I didn’t see them anymore, this however didn’t stop the foreign character names as those are real players so it won’t solve all your problems.
Also if they pair with each other enough I wouldn’t count it out of the possibility that there is a couple still in Diamond and if you are lucky/unlucky can still find one every 20 games or so.

I’ve emoted at the players with those names and they usually don’t emote back, They don’t try to “win” board they just go face. I don’t know what you define “interacting in hearthstone” but I would say that is them trying to play it like it isn’t a multiplayer game and trying to not interact

That’s fine I can auto concede as many times as needed and they can enjoy the free wins, I just want to play real actual players like as a rule rather than an exception. I was able to face ONE player in like 20 matches their name was Spongebob
