Blizzard has chosen to completely ignore (or, for some reason, to indefinitely delay addressing) the concerns of players who enjoy Standard mode—the most popular format by their own metrics—as well as Tavern Brawl. None of us received any compensation for being unable to play our favorite game. Many of us missed out on rewards, many purchased pre-orders and never received them, and others were unable to buy the pre-order at all because the shop hasn’t worked for over a week now.

So what are we supposed to do? Just wait? Wait for what, exactly?

What’s even more absurd is that everyone seems to have forgotten these problems. Not only did they exist, but they still persist. Everyone just decided to tolerate it, or what? How are we supposed to interpret this?

Shouldn’t we be pushing back right now? Upvote this comment, write a hundred more, make Blizzard actually pay attention and care about resolving our issues as users—otherwise, they’ll just ignore us as they always do, just like with WoW and Diablo.

I believe we all deserve some compensation for this situation. Our experience was ruined for no good reason (these kinds of problems are solvable technically, if Blizzard bothered to invest in proper testing infrastructure). The compensation they could give us costs them nothing—so it’s completely fair to demand it.

To the community: I’m calling on you to react, to give your feedback, to show your support, to take action. We need your voices.

I have minor bug in game Journal under achievement tab → collection - Lost City: with having there double Lost City Legendary Collection achievement (this giving rare and epic signatures for collecting all legendary cards). I suppose instead of one of them should be achievement with extra coin for collecting all cards. Is it known issue ?

When I click on any button, the games just shuts itself down (on pc only, the game is fine on my phone)

Did my comments got deleted? When I am having the same issue as you are stating here. on EU and a player that played a long time ago.
I am stuck in the loading screen when pressing Arena.

So, I’ve been monitoring this thread for shop issue updates for some time. And it all lead to… me facing the ā€œfixedā€ bug with unresponsive main menu. I tried to relog and stuff but either none of the buttons work or there’s no buttons at all. It happened a couple hours ago and still like that. I tried to log into my other account (connected to google) and everything works fine there.

I’d assume these two things are related to each other (shop and client not connecting to server?). You guys have had an exactly same issue 1 year ago, so if there’re different people working on it right now, maybe this info will help.

That’s truely disappointing though. First it was impossible to play new arena or tavern brawl since shop is closed and now nothing works at all.

Hey why i cant craft or open Dissolving Ooze? I could play as much as i would want before expansion so i didnt completen journey with card. So now i cant play the game is Dissolving Ooze turn out to be meta card… This is so unfair… fix it…

Is there a chance these missing diamond card bugs could be fixed during planned ā€œschedule maintenanceā€? or is it one of those issues that can only be fixed in a big patch update? Just curious

Hi, every time I play Paladin on my laptop and use the card Flickering Lightbot, the Lightbot I get (the 8-mana one) is unplayable, regardless of how much mana I actually have. For example, it may show that it costs 0 mana, but when I drag it with the mouse and try to play it, the game simply doesn’t let me.
On the other hand, everything works as intended on my phone, but this bug has been happening on my laptop for over a week now.
Please fix it. Thank you!

That’s very true brother, a year ago a few European countries haven’t had access to shop for almost two months and we didn’t get any compensation, we literally couldn’t even buy anything, the mini set was unavailable and we had to manually craft the cards, the experience was horrible. And yeah, they casually dismissed it and after they finally fixed it, we didn’t get anything, not even a single pack with a ā€œwe’re sorryā€ . HS is their most monetized game by far and it’s the easiest to fix by far, the fact that they don’t care so much is infuriating at this point. Like, can you even believe it people? People among multiple countries couldn’t access the shop for two months, the couldn’t buy mini sets and thus were being outplayed by everyone!!! We were fed breakfasts like ā€œwe’re working on itā€ for TWO MONTHS! And the situation at hand resembles this incident too much and I’m afraid Blizzard will act the same, they just don’t care. A shame.

I got a duplicate legendary from the tavern reward track, the level 1 reward for unpaid track (i paid for the pass though before i took it) a duplicate The Food Chain (I had signature The Food Chain quest) and other legendaries that I hadn’t gotten yet. This is a bug I presume?

It’s not just appearing locked. It is locked. Text reads ā€œNot Yet Releasedā€ and I can’t add it to my decks.

Signature Goldpetal Drake hasn’t been added to my account, even though i pre-ordered the bundles and chose my champion. I think its a bug, as I’ve had no pop ups in game saying its been added to collection

For some people, perhaps. For me, it has been just the issue of a closed shop (haven’t yet checked the status right now, though).

Because it’s an uncraftable card from the ā€˜Event’ set, I assume?

UPD: Oops, not that particular set, but an event track.

Eventually, they’ll probably make it and other cards like that (Blob of Tar etc) obtainable when you own a pack from the latest expansion — or at least it’s been the case. Perhaps they haven’t implemented it yet, look out for updates.

PS You already know what the ā€˜meta’ is right now? Lucky you.

I wish all players of that ridiculous deck would just… disappear somewhere and/or couldn’t play that rubbish. Thanks for the bug, Blizzard, could you please make it a feature? :grinning:

Found another bug:

When you play lucky comet and then Opu the unseen, you would expect him to cast fan of knives 3 times, but he only does this twice. Tested this multiple times, with Opu being discovered from the lucky comet or with Opu being in my deck beforehand.
