Server Merges just happened & 1 Immortal Clan from each new merge was seriously shafted.
The Immortal Clan with highest score automatically assumes Reign of the Merger. Due to the Reign cycles our Server was on Week 5 of the Reign and the merging Server was on Week 7, Both Immo Groups won their R.O.E the previous week.
Problem: The 5 Week Immo clan gets thrown back to Adventurer, convert to Shadow mid week (Wednesday) and now 5.5 weeks behind all the other Shadow Clans, Shadow Ranks & Shadow Buffs. Seriously disparaged the 3 Strongest Clans that were existing Immortals.
Solution: Schedule a Vigil of Blades Match between the 2 Immortals that are being merged. 3 v 3 Immo Battle Royale. There is a lot on the line for the future of the losing 3 Clans.
As it stands right now, the 3 Clans that were on their 5th week of their Reign got seriously shafted & by nature of the Shadow points/leveling system are now the weakest. The Server Merge negatively affected 300 Player.

We also were in week 5 and the other alliance in week 7.
We got turned adventurers, turned the clan shadow and were able to choose a clan focus (as always on the first day you turn into a dark clan)
Of course the other Clans were ahead but we are somehow catching up fast (which in my opinion shows even more how much the merge was needed)
Like we are already Dark Clan Rank 15, and we only started today.
Not sure yet how the Shadow War Brackets will be “calculated” but I’d say we have a good chance to end up as one of the Top10 Clans.
What will affect us more is not having the Damage boost from the Shadow Rank, since we can’t reach the highest Shadow Rank in 2 weeks

It was brought up to our Clan Leader that the other 2 Allied Clans were able to pick a focus, he went to check & was able to turn it on…halfway thru the evening vault raids. Better late than never 
. The Tooltip says it can only be selected on Saturday. We fixed that part.
Really would have liked a Battle Royale V.O.B match to determine who would hold their Reign.
They should have started everything from square one like when the game opened in early days.
Square one where all are adventurers and immortals are bot.
