Its not you, my winrate is 55% now but i am even place 7 on my server and did really the best to optimise my toon, there is just not much we can do atm with our skillset.
The only advise i can give is switching for classic bg back to old circle build and try for towers, war and vault the new fist of the heavens which is way better on this modes i think.
