This belongs in Technical Support. If you click the small blue pencil under your post that will put you into Edit mode. In the Edit window, at the top-right, there will be a drop-down list of all the sub-forums. Choose Technical Support from the list and click Save. That will move your thread there.

As to your issue, they’re probably going to need information such as the platform you’re using, i.e. PC, Phone (iPhone or Android) or Tablet, any error messages you’re getting, and so on. Perhaps screenshots…

Having said that, I would have thought a support ticket would have been the better way to get this resolved, but you say you’ve already submitted one of those.

What was the advice they gave you in the ticket to try and resolve this?
