I’m no it expert struggle turning a computer on but you didn’t think to load test or do any sort of testing prior going live? Of course not wouldn’t be like EVERYTHING else you’ve been releasing full of bugs and disappointment.

I’m low spend and p***ed off at this failure of an event can’t image what a player who’s spent $100k,$200k+ must be feeling.

Its not really an event, it is a little rewards for some millionaires which get a nice cosmetic and a few extra crests which they sure need. I already sayed before that this kind of event will make 99,9% of the playerbase angry and after the last failed updates the situation isnt very good already. I wished they would dissable all reso and gems and made it fair for everyone but netease keeps going in his way and the riches getting richer.

You failed players who waited for an hour but couldn’t enter! What’s worse, the points you earned are not recognized either. I failed to enter but my teammates won 3 points but our team is not in the 100+list! If you don’t make any compensation, tons of players will quit the game due to continuous disappointment!
and you know what is funny? Those cosmetics are only valid for 90 days. Can’t even give a permanent one.
