Hi,
I’ve been going around the zones completing side quests and I notice that after completing two quests in Dry Steppes I only have 1/38 completed.
So I’ve started with 0 quests and found an item that starts the “Sealed Oxen Tribe Cache”
After completing the quest I didn’t get a pop up that the quest is completed… only after 10 minutes it gave me the message that “Sealed Oxen Tribe Cache” is completed
And it marked the quest as completed as I had 1/38 done
Then I found another item that starts “Sealed Penitent’s Cache” side quest. And I’ve completed the quest without any problem
But then the counter at the top didn’t change and it stayed as 1/38 completed
Now, I’ve done few more side quest and the counter keeps going up which is correect, but I’m still missing that 1 from before and the items that start both “Sealed Oxen Tribe Cache” and “Sealed Penitent’s Cache” won’t drop again which means that both of them are completed

Any tips on how to solve this? Or I’m unlucky and have to deal with it
