Does anyone know what the minimum monster levels are at each zone?
Generally speaking, there is level scaling, but some zones are marked with a higher minimal level, for example the strongholds, the world boss area (and plenty other areas unavailable during the open beta/beta slam), opening the map & hovering an area let us know its minimal monsters level.

Yes, I know. Is the zone minimum monster level information freely available? I cant seem to find it.

I haven’t taken screenshots of global map to get a track of such data, sorry I can’t give more info, but as soon as you get into the game you’ll be able to find out (usually you’l be around level 6 when finishing the prologue).

The world scales, theres no min levels, only special cases like strongholds. You can go anywere in the beginning.
I’m pretty sure having seen levels figures when hovering some distant areas on the map (far away from Act I areas).
It’s possible that is the case but definitely wasn’t like that in closed beta, could explore everywhere no problem.
I guess closed beta wasn’t about the campaign mode… (but I may be wrong)
I’m not talking of Act1 areas (except for strongholds & WB area), but about unreachable areas during the open beta (which had campaign quests).
Does it make sense to you or I have a misconception of what kind of closed beta you had access to (don’t answer if it may break the NDA).
