Just got the Tier 12 reputation reward and there was no Resplendent Spark.
I believe we were supposed to get a spark like in previous season, right?

yea, i feel you and as many of our fellow gamers.
It was rumoured pre VOH day 1, that RS Resplendent Sparks have been removed from Season Reputation Rewards, Last Tier Cache.
Repeatable alternate chars. grind for Sparks is not removed totally from gameplay mechanics. SAD.
Blizzard is super wanton and miserly in terms of Sparks drops, gating behind Power Gain paywall now – See VoH $$$ spenders, and Citadel raids, OP Spirit Born, etc.
