I am trying to do the “Exuming Faith” Side quest. When I click the “Blood Splattered Scroll” the quest line is not started and the next area is not highlighted. When I go to the coast anyway to the location where the Trail marker should be, it is not appearing.
I tried a portal back to Town and a game restart in both locations, to no avail.
