I have 265 paragons, and I’ve yet to see a single YUL rune drop in the game. I have many multiples of all other legendary runes, but I don’t have one single YUL rune.
This wasn’t an issue last season. The YUL rune isn’t missing from the game altogether though. You can only get it from gambling. Every player I know that has gotten a YUL rune this season has only gotten it from gambling.
Somehow from Season 6 to Season 7, the YUL rune stopped dropping altogether except if you gamble for your runes.
