Because Blizzard has allowed toxic behavior to get worse and worse over the years with really acting on it to the point where some think its acceptable and they will just get away with it. If anything most likely a warning and thats it. Between the forums and the games the toxicity has grown exponentially over the years to the point where even if they did start dealing with some of the garbage I dont think they would even make a dent.
Again, the discord isnt from blizzard. Furthermore, how do they allow toxic behaviour. the Code of conduct is quite clear.

There is no in game support for trade.
Crap or get off the pot.
Get rid of it or support it but dont give us a half coded no access (12 people local trade chat).

Stash so bad the only way to really work with it is to have an trade that opens up a virtual storage base on gold economy. You get good pants you dont need now…sell it…then when you roll a new class…buy like item back out.

there are some representatives from blizzard + the server is promoted by blizzard. Its not an official blizzard server tho.

Dude the Server is RAN by Blizzard, promoted by Blizzard and moderated by Blizzard staff and or people Blizzard has chosen to do so. Which makes Blizzard responsible for the server. That is why Blizzard reps are at the top of the list they have the most authority on the server aside from their BOT. You would know this if you had ever set up a Discord server. Why is it every time I see you post its you telling people they are wrong, find something better in life to do.

Agreed, this is the one of the dumbest things I have seen a game company do. They basically set us back 20 years to the point where you have to sign up on the website for a raid!

They may not have set it up and HIRED another group to do it but who do you think that group answers to? If they are the bosses of the server that makes it RAN by them. Its really simple or are you that thick where you truly believe it isn’t what Blizzard says goes is what happens on that server? Stop arguing just to argue yet again.
Also, again that is also why you see the Blizzard reps at the TOP of the LIST of people with the MOST AUTHORITY on the server.

it’s a server that was once promoted because it was active, by pez radar , but it doesn’t make it modded and ran by blizzard , like at all.
they have a hard time on their own forum, why would they even try to mod a discord server that is even more active ? (and which doesn’t even belong to them ? )

they arent the bosses of the server, there are just representatives on there. The representatives are also not the mods of the server.
The Admin, as well as the head mod + regular mods, arent blizzard people.
the server is officially promoted yes. Its not run by blizzard.
Thats not neccessarly how discord hierarchy works. Even the server Admin is below the representatives.
