The game lagged so hard, then suddenly got this error, LOST Nightmare dungeon progression!
Your character has not finished being saved by their current game, Code 395002
If you cant fix the lag then at least let us save our nightmare dungeon from disappearing if we got cut out!
Happened 3 times already in a row.
Im no longer doing nightmare dungeon, ive lost 3 dungeon now!

Now it says the player has been disconnected, 300001
This happens constantly for me too. 100% crash on NM dungeons. Always recover back in town.

What does it mean to not finish being saved by their current game, or your account is otherwise busy? Just do it locally and catch up later? Iām basically soloing the storyline.

This problem has occurred to me a dozen times as well. It is a recent issue; it hadnāt happened to me before.
Just happened to me right now. Defeated Lillith in campaign, after teleporting back - BAM - and i have What Lies Ahead quest again, so another long ****ing boss defeatā¦ And of course lost first unique item. /CLAP CLAP BRAVO BLIZZARDā¦ And of course nobody from them will ever read this, as they NEVER read anything from their own forumsā¦
Just happened to me right now during cutscenes of Inarius getting stabbed in back by Lilithā¦ donāt know what happened and canāt log back in. Guess Iāll watch YouTube of cinematic and try again tomorrow.
Same just happened for me as well. Bye bye nightmare dungeon and glyph xp. Such a shame. I guess these things can be expected with a game so new. No level of testing can work out all the bugs. I just wish they would be a little less focused on nerfing builds and more focused on fixing the real issues (like this and the āFury Against Fateā quest).

happened to me when i just finished a dungeon and it was the last bit of rep needed to unlock everything. super lag then disconnect to āreconnecting to serverā and then cant log back in
Happened to me in last night in nightmare capstone right before boss and now itās happening when I log today.
Second time this happens at the end of a dungeon. This time after spending loads of time on a nerfed lvl 40 barb in capstone just to get booted when I reach the final boss. Progress gone, time spent and repairs for nothing.

I didnt think of what i was doing yesterday and accidentally exited the game after finishing a nightmare dungeon still in the instance.
Now it seems it bugs your entire account out?
It says i should wait a few minutes āso they can safely log my account outā.
I did just that waited like 20 min and nothing changed.
I even tried to create a new character and cant get in the game there either (!!)
How do i get rid of this stuff?
Just happened to me after looting the first dungeon (before returning to Nevesk). And Iāve been torturing myself on whether the $70 price tag was worth it for my new PS5. What garbage
