I bought the Ultimate Edition for Diablo 4.
If this not gonna Change to every charackter can lvl the Season Pass then :
It was the last Season Pass i purchased just to be clear

Yes. Each season will bring a new battlepass and each season you need to start over at level 1 on a separate seasonal realm to go through the battlepass and get the rewards. Once the season ends all of the characters you made on the seasonal realm will be transferred with all their (non-seasonal only) loot to the eternal realm.
Well they want money from you and nothing else .

That have to change , im pretty sure most of the people dont know that they have to start over again every season to unlock SeasonPass cosmetics etc .
Im pretty sure im not gonna buy the next one if i cant use my Characters that allrdy exist to lvl the season pass it.
Indeed this would be nice if battlepass was accessible from eternal realm .

But in d3 , i knew a lot of players that never bothered with seasons even when i offered to powerlevel them , then run them till they get the gear …
Would be nice if the only thing exclusive to seasons were the seasonal mechanics .
Just saying they need to included eternal realm as much as possible , you’ll have plenty of people trying season out without excluding eternal on so many levels , sort of speaking.

Doubt it is going to change any time soon. This is about the 30 thousandth thread complaining about it. It has been complained about here, on Reddit, on Twitter, a gaming journalist wrote an article complaining about it.
But maybe down the road they will come up with another Battlepass for the eternal realm to squeeze money out of the people who don’t want to play on the seasonal realm.

many people feel the same way…
I dont realy care about seasons, i have to work and have not much time to spare on those Seasons servers, but it should be common to progress the season pass for
Cosmetics etc,
the way people decide ,
they should add Season pass progress to all sort of things in the eternal
realm as well, running nighmares, helltides, Worldboss , questing etc.
but im gonna be ok if they not gonna change anything , i dont realy care to be honest , i just not gonna buy a second or third season pass then anymore.

In the end the customer will decide.
It will all depend on how many people buy the battle pass each season ( minus this one because special edition ) will determine the future of this game.

Some people have never played destiny and it shows.
It is just weird that you expect them to change almost three decades of tradition because you don’t want to level? Maybe stay on eternal realm and save pass for a season you feel like playing a new character. No one is holding your $10 dollars hostage or misleading you here.

Most people who have been paying attention know what the season and Battle Pass are all about.
Yea because not changing tradition or improving is the key 
Lets take this to the business level of it …
The main reason people will play a season is for the fresh start , the season mechanic/theme , wings , pets , mounts .
Letting the battlepass be open to eternal in the case of d4 , is just more premium battlepass sold without even affecting the participation of seasons .
Edit: i play seasons when they seem interesting , whether they make it available to eternal of not doesnt affect me .

and your second prove article from august 2022, no word at all about season pass mechanics and you have to create a new charackter etc at all,
