Me and my girlfriend bought the game to play together, so neither of us has played without the other. We are the same level, same experience, and on the same quests. After the latest update, it is now saying you are not yet eligible for this quest to whichever one of us logs in second. So if she logs in first, it says that on my quests, if I login first, it says it on her quests. Obviously we’re not going to play at the moment, which sucks due to limited time to play together. Any solutions to this?
Change the world tier and change it back should fixe it. i was doing the same thing with my wife and it happened . Hope it works:)
I’ve just experienced this too. Never ever played the game solo and now my partner is out of sync by about 3 hours worth of gameplay, if not more.
Changed tiers with no effect.
Has anyone found a solution to this?
Hi! We have the same problem with my husband. Finally figured it out. We both have seasonal characters- he was 2 levels ahead of me. He was logged in at the beginning and we were doing the Main Act I: Light’s protection quest but didnt finished the whole thing since we got distracted from other quests. Later on, as we start progressing and leveling up (I have the same level as my husband now)… we tried to do the main quest and noticed the “Not eligible/Limited quest availability”. First, I logged out my husband’s character, I went to my map and toggled to the yellow main quest Act I: Light’s protection- it will asked you if you want to reset campaign (clicked triangle button) then you will be able to do the quest. I logged back in my husband’s character and we did the main quest all over again- he doesn’t get the quest rewards yet until both of us finished the whole quest together. The issue was fixed and finished the Main Act 1. Both of us were able to get the rewards and were eligible to do the other quests together. So in short, I think both of you needs to be in the same level and finished the main quests together. Hopefully it works for you guys!
