Ying-Yue can't see for Lunar Awakening

I am unable to see Ying-Yue in Ked Bardu and am unable to do the quest or see her rewards/inventory. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the exact same issue as well… Please help!

In my case, I am able to see shrines and activate the lunar shrine buffs to collect the reputation, but once again, I cant see Ying-Yue in Ked Bardu and my game isn’t loading the quest…

That is the same for me. Forgot to mention I can do the shrines also.

same issue for me, can activate shrines but ying yue isnt in ked bardu.

I should add that… I am having this issue on my Seasonal character where I am playing through the campaign (in other words, I did not skip the campaign).

Okay… so i finished the campaign and the Lunar event quest instantly unlocked…

Same issue for me on Xbox, This is my first character and I’m running the campaign. Shrines show up and I get little +5 notifications for kills but I can’t find Ying-Yue in ked bardu. Definitely am not getting that nice little marker for her shop on my map. Any help on this besides finishing the campaign?

Edit to add when hovering over the ked bardu waypoint the shop icon with purple star does show but when looking at the map or when running around town looking at the mini map it is no where to be seen.

So I take it, this event is only available for those that completed the campaign ?
Wish they mentioned that in the Event Descriptions. had to spend all this time googling and still no real confirmation other than the 1 poster.

It is not necessary to spend time on completing the storyline. You can create a new character and note that you do not need to go through the campaign. Then the lunar event will be available.

Would you lose all your lunar rep if you started a new character or is it global for all characters?

Also I got to level 60 last night and that did not make Ying appear.

There was an update to my game yesterday as well, got my hopes up but nothing.

Has anyone found a solution for Ying Yue not being visable? Do you need to finish the campaign?

I cannot see her on the two characters created on PC, but I created a new character on my Xbox account and can see her.

Hey there. Same issue. This is my first character, PC. I get event points and even reached lvl 10. But there is no character in the Ked Bardu, nor marker on the minimap.
