Yen’s Blessing boots bugged?

I’m following the Double Swing Maxroll guide. When Rallying Cry is on cooldown, it is never recast by my Yen’s Blessing Boots.
It literally never happens, all skills on my bar are the recommended ones as well.
Any ideas?

Well it does add movement speed, and since the boots can’t cast a mobility skill that would be my best guess. Seems a little odd I admit, but I could see Blizzard wording working that way.

If you have only Rallying Cry that can be cast by the boots, there is high chance the boots will immediately cast Rallying Cry after you cast it.

Just wait 8 seconds, and as long as Rallying Cry is still on cooldown you should be able to trigger it.

The bug to me is that anything can cast it, dodges or mounting your horse included. It’s an odd item since it almost always double casts immediately if the cooldown is ready.

What? I like it, especially when my character randomly shouts and Dust Devils go wild around me because I teleport. :rofl:

never saw them, got tired of farming for more boss mats.

I’ve been running them since Friday and they’re working as intended. Same build. Constantly shouts, always zerking.

I’m not a Barb, but Yen’s Blessing seems bugged to me as well. I cannot trigger Necromancer’s Blood Mist when on cooldown, even though Blood Mist is not a mobility skill (or at least the skill tooltip doesn’t show it as a mobility skill and that should be fixed if it is).

The big question is…. What is not bugged in this season ?

Next 28 they delivery a patch with a long list os bug fixes and its only the top of the iceberg.

I can confirm they do work on my barb.

They do NOT work on my Barb. I cleared some NMDs and it never procced during combat, not even once. I did notice it procs when I use evade to zoom around the dungeon. Useless item, needs to be fixed.

I can’t seem to get these to trigger blood mist either, no mobility tag on blood mist, so not sure what’s going on.

It is working on my Barb. I have both Challenging Shout and Rallying Cry, and it looks like the boots repeat Rallying Cry every time when both shouts are on CD.

Rallying Cry is not a mobility skill, and it can be triggered by the boots. I got random unstoppable with good timing because of this all the time. I love these boots.

When the boots’ CD is done, every single skill you cast has a chance to trigger it, so… It is not a bug at all. It works fine when you move quickly through dungeons and pits. I think the boots work way better with Challenging Shout.
