Are they worth turning into ancestral legendary if i imprint the aspects (rogue apsects) i need for temporary replacement until i find better ones other than to salvage them for mats? (If its has good stats and higher item power level than my sacred legendary gears and item power) sorry im new to this whole wt4 thing 
and about to hit 71 soon. I did got lucky with Ancestral Unique Condemnation dagger with 810 item power yesterday so that’s something to start with.
You will get more Aspects or other items you want when you get higher level, you will be only short of money lol

Yes, you should focus on finding ancestral rares with good affixes and imprinting them with high-roll legendary aspects.

as Lucker said, endgame loot is no longer about item level or rarity it mostly revolves around the affixes. A god roll 650 item is often better than a bad rolled 800 one. (except for primary weapons, since the item power directly corelates with the damage without any randomness)
