XP won't level up when in party

My wife and I are playing on console and PC respectively and her character will not level up and will stay at full XP bar to the next level up but won’t level up.

I’m getting this solo on PS, stuck at lvl 12.

This is happening to me but no party… First time I quit and came back and it worked… 2nd time I’ve logged out, quit the game, now it’s working again … No idea

I m.in couch coop and regular without death, both characters level same speed. At level 18 the other has been just 17, without any death until that

Looks like on PlayStation u have to restore your license every 5 levels. it started at 12 for me.

Yeah I’ve been having the same issue on Xbox. I’ve had to restart the game smh
