Does it proc off two handed expertise?
Does it proc off bleed on thorns skill (tough as nails)?
Is it a viable AOE damage source for a pure frenzy build on eternal? (no vampire skills)

They must have fixed it, because its procing off a barb/ww/bleed build in Season 3.

It procs of Direct Damage Skills that are DoT (Arsenal Weapon).
- 2H Sword Technique/Expertise
- Thorns Bleed
- Berserk Ripping
- Burning Rage
Do not fall under that. Pretty sure Gushing Wounds procs do not either since it is a Key Passive and not a Skill (generally procs cannot proc).
X’Fals would be godly if they fixed these interactions.
