Running a standard Arc Lash build and just dropped an X’FALLS.
Question is do you think i should run it over a well rolled legendary with basic skills gain 28% attack speed or not? Thing is X’FALLS gives DOT which i don’t think this build uses?

Bit hard on the eyes but using the training dummy is telling me that well rolled legendary rings outperform either of the 2 unique rings. I suppose fighting Durial and timing the fight may be a better option?
This is JUST my opinion but X’Fals is often a trap. It looks GREAT on paper but there are usually better way to go as Sorcerer. Personally, I think it is better for a poison rogue. Played with it as Sorc but it never seemed to top other options.

All of your damage scales from AS, it also makes the build more fluid to play. Max your CDR and AS over everything for the build. Hence Rapid is really good and certainly wouldn’t drop it. Maybe drop something that isn’t 100% uptime.
I tried xfal on my chainlightning sorc with firebolt enchant and it just doesnt proc enough.
Id say its not that good of a ring for bossing unless you got a full dot build with mulitple unique dots for procs.
It looks like the ring is just a suto fireball enchant / barber aoe for those who lack aoe.
Not always unique rings are good for a build.
by example my incinerate build does not use any uniques save for flamescar.

So any positive replies with using either of these 2 rings? May as well add blue rose into the equation as well as it also “seems” op but is not, i think?
I use X’fals and Tal Rasha with my Burn Sorc. I have no issues at all in NM 100 and Uber Lilith.
I use Blue Rose and Tal Rasha with my Blizzard Sorc. Again no issues at all in NM 100. I haven’t tried her against Uber Lilith, but we already know how Blizz goes with Lilith.
Do you run shared misery aspect? Or alternatively how often are lightning spears getting cast?
I’m running both x’fal and tal rasha, mainly for the CDR they give. Those 4m crit procs of x’fal from firewall, meteor damage over time, firebolt enchantment, and blizzard are lovely to see. Damage over time finally doing something…
I run X’fal and Tal Rasha, its basically a BL build but firebolt and firewall enchants (yes firebolt burn can proc firewall enchant and then both have a chance to proc x’fals). I run around 69% Lucky Hit chance and see my firewalls and x’fal procs go off decently enough to entertain me lol.
