The X’Fal’s Corroded Signet ring is not working properly. The ring says it has a 50% chance of a lucky hit (without adding up my lucky hit odds with all items).
The problem is that my Poison Rogue isn’t exploding the ring’s unique passive… or it does it VERY rarely, and as if it were 1% or less… That’s wrong, I’d eventually have an 80-90% chance of proc’ing that unique passive per tick of poison damage .

This is absolutely correct, it is not working!
I was excited to try it out on my Firewall Sorc, but in 100 ticks of Firewall damage, it only proc’d something like 6 times. Ditto for casting Firebolt, in 100 casts it only proc’d 3 times! There’s definitely something odd going on. Would love to see it fixed!

What is your lucky hit chance bonus? I use Fire Wall too. My Sorcerer has 70% lucky hit chance bonus. I also have an aspect of Fortune on my character’s boots which give 20% lucky hit chance with a barrier active. So with a barrier active, the lucky hit chance on my character is 90%. I find that the X’fal’s ring procs quite often when I use Fire Wall.
