Was able to login right at launch and create a character. Played to lvl 2, and got booted in what seems was a mass disconnect. On xbox series x, and have made it through the estimated time que and have now had “queued…” for around 3.5 hours. From what i have read on forums it appears to be an xbox specific or console specific problem because my friends are playing currently on PC. Have not backed out of que as blizz has instructed but good god i hope i can get in at some point today 
any response @blizzard ?

It’s def not just Xbox, same exact thing on PS5. Not a word about it from blizz, either. I knew I should have ordered on PC, but my kid wants to play couch Co-op (which I hear is borked, too).
I got in at the start, played for a couple of hours, game borked out, and I had to restart. Waited in queue, after it finally decided to even show the queue, and got disconnected within a few minutes of starting, and dumped back to char selection. but cannot start game from there. error 316719, which is apparently code for “get back in the queue”
Guys those jerks doesnt give a single f about us they dont even bother to answer us
They might be busy trying to fix it - seems like more useful time spent to me.
