Unable to log into the game at all over the last 48 hours. Multiple times i have got Error code 1 when trying to log in.
The other error code was error 300010, After researching these codes both are servers based error codes i believe.
My game does not have updates pending, and its on the latest version. I have also tried all the basic stuff like resetting console and internet, clearing cache ect.
There are multiple people on reddit and other forums suffering the same issue on both xbox and other consoles, and this issue is getting swept aside and zero response from Blizzard.
Getting this error code as well on PC. Was playing earlier in the day but now its not letting me log into the game. Says Error code 1 and the closes game after I click accept…
Same here i was in the game and it kick me out and now it keep saying code 1
Also just 3/4 of my group. PS5/PC are showing issues here. The 1 still in is PS5 and doesn’t have t4 unlocked while the 3 of us with it are DC. Don’t know if any connection or not.
I’m on the Xbox as well and can’t log on getting the same code I was also playing earlier too I restarted and reinstalled the game I don’t know what else to do.
