UPDATE FIXED: I figured out my old battle.net account info and linked my Xbox account to it and I can play again, so I will be deleting this post in 24 hours
This isn’t just happening to people who game share, people who have been able to play then link their Xbox account to their battle.net account get the error 315306. Something is wrong with battle.net because this wasn’t happening until I linked them so until Monday at 7pm est i have 75GBs of wasted space on my Xbox. There is no work around I can figure out for this problem because I’ve deleted my game and re-downloaded it, I moved it between my ssd and hard drive, I even deleted my local save data and bought the $1.99 MTX but nothing works. The only thing that might work is refunding the game then rebuying it but I highly doubt that will work.

Same exact issue and doesnt seem like anyone is doing anything about it. Xbox one, east coast usa. Ultimate edition, not using the share thing, have un instslled and reinstalled the game, tried downloading another game, everything suggested for the PS guys, and still cant play
I’m on PS earlier I was getting the license error I reinstalled it and now I am getting servers are not currently available right now try again later code 34202 and I have unlimited version
Yea me too i have tried everything downloading a new game. Rebooting and nothing works frustrating
I’m having the same problem here. I was able to play yesterday and a few hours ago. I had to log off and when I went back to log on, the error code 315306 popped up. Coincidentally, I just connected my battle.net account to my Xbox and I think this is what caused the problem. I tried to log on to Diablo II and Battle.net wouldn’t load. All of my characters disappeared, and I can’t even create a new character to play. I also tried to uninstall and redownload and that didn’t work, download another game (Overwatch since it’s a Blizzard game) and that didn’t work either. Tried searching the web to find a solution and still can’t log in. So much for buying Ultimate Edition for early access. I hope Blizzard will compensate us for missing out on our 4 day early access. I think it’s a battle.net account issue when you link your Xbox account to battle.net. I was able to play before I connected Xbox to my Battle.net account.
UPDATE: I figured out my old battle.net account info locked in and linked it to my Xbox account and I can play again
Same for me, I didn’t realize I had another battle net account so when I linked my actual one it caused an issue. I don’t ever remember making this account, but found the info for it.
How did you fix it? I didn’t realize I had another battle net account either.
Thank you, so much LucifExire and SmoothCal, I was able to figure it out and now I’m back in. Unfortunately it’ll be linked to the old battle net account, so I’ll need to find out how to update that.
Go to the current account it is linked to on battle.net. Delete the playstation link from that account. Sign into Diablo on your PS5/Xbox, it will say connect your account and ask you to go to Enter Verification Code when you go to link this time use the OLD account that originally was linked to the console. You should instantly be able to get in and play.
Do you know how we could possibly merge the two accounts together or at least link it to the right email we currently use?
I only have one bnet account so thats not it for me
