Xbox controller suddenly loses vibration feedback on skills

I’m using the xbox Elite Controller 2, and I used to have good vibrate feedback on skills, but tonight I suddenly lost vibrate feedback on skills(Upgrade, dot still has vibration feedback). I tested it with other games, and my controller vibrate function didn’t glitch, and my vibrate setting in Diablo 4 was enalbe.
So, how do I respond to my controller’s vibrating feedback on skills.

Have they addressed this? It’s honestly so weird playing now without vibrations.

Is there any official reply on this bug? The hot fix says reduce extreme vibrations but there is none now for the ice shards skill. Gameplay doesn’t feel as immersive as before!
