Xbox cant interact

Cant interact with anything (chest, items, merchants, etc). I have tried clearing cache and uninstalling game. Did this twice with no success.

Tried a friends console, my character still couldnt interact, however they were able too. Same thing if we split screen, my character cant interact and would show P1 – / P2 A above the merchants head.

I recommend creating and trying a new character and see if the issue persists. If so, you’ll want to open a ticket with Blizzard Support.

I had this happen to me 1 day ago and still don’t know the problem that cause it. The new update fixes this problem.
