How does dual wielding work with ww? Do you have twice as many attacks as a one hander? Both weapons alternating hits like in Diablo 2? Does this have any change to lucky hit? Can’t seem to find this info anywhere.
dw have more base attack speed and if you have ~25% ‘as’ from gear, you spend all your fury in seconds. Long ww’ing not for dw and attack speed.
Mace would allow you to talent into chance to stun enemies, 10% chance per point up to 3 points. Combine that with chance to stun bleeding enemies legendary and you’ll be stunning stuff like crazy. This then opens up the ability to get other aspects like increasing dmg vs stunned enemies up to 40%. You can then use another legendary that increases duration of stuns by up 40% AND dmg vs cc immune enemies which are enemies that get that wreath looking icon after being hit by cc a few time. Oh, and it works on bosses when they aren’t staggered.
Attack speed from weapons is the only thing that affects WW tick rate. Dual wielding yields faster ticks. The only way DW WW is viable is with Ramaladni’s unique sword.
To be clear, any attack speed on gear or paragons does not affect WW speed.
