What are the current requirements to enter world tier 4? A friend just said they can access it but afaik they haven’t completed the fallen temple capstone dungeon
You have to complete the appropriate capstone dungeon to unlock WT4, there’s no way around it. Your friend either got carried or did it themselves.

Or completely forgot doing it… Which seems impossible given they are a casual with a Necro minion build and weren’t even 70…

You say carried but my understanding was that capstone dungeons are strictly solo, I’ve entered in a party in the past and we were put in seperate instances, does that no longer occur??
They started the season with a level restriction on the capstone dungeon so you couldn’t carry people through anymore, then they removed that restriction a couple days later.
However with the recent exp changes there is no reason to go into WT4 if you’re below 65, you won’t gain any extra experience like you used to.

So to be clear there is absolutely no way to get to WT4 without doing the capstone and the capstone is only soloable, are those two points fact?
No it is suggested lvl 70 but you can do it well before

No, capstone is not solo. People are having high level characters carry them through to get access to WT3/4 earlier than normal. You can do it as a party.

When did that change? Pre-season a friend and I tried to do it and we got sent to seperate instances
