I’m currently level 75 in seasonal right now and have probably bought close to 60 or 70 of the Uncertain boxes from the vendor where the Wrathful Malignant Invokers have a chance to drop from and I haven’t seen a single one yet…is this normal?

A very low chance, maybe lower than uniques.
On reddit is a post where ppl open 85 or more caches for one invoker.
Have to be fixed for sure.

Yea that seems absolutely insane to me, considering the challenge to get one is way back in Tier 3 of the seasonal challenges…like this should end up being a max tier challenge with the drop rate being so insane.
They should have just given it a crafting recipe, even if it was something like 25 of each invoker; because having a challenge be 100% RNG is just sort of BS.

Just do the other season journey activities and skip that crap.
welp, glad to see its not just me then. Kinda ridiculous to place the challenge in Tier 3 if they’re only dropping for high level players. Been wasting time on-line looking to see how to get these darn things, frustrating…so typical of Blizzard.
