I’m not going to lie yes damage was to high for the top 1%.
You said Vulnerable, and Crt damage was to Mandatory so you nerfed it on gear.
That was stupid because it’s still mandatory nothing changed.
How do we actually fix that issue here’s a way.
Put a Hard cap on Vulnerable and Crt damage
400% hard cap Crt damage
200% hard cap Vul damage
Once i hit the hard cap i would stack other stats.
Same thing with cooldown reduction a stupid move because you just made it more mandatory. I would have buff it on gear and then put a hard cap on it.
