Yeah, it’s been broken for like a year. A bunch of us have posted this numerous times in the console bug forum.

I have a question. Do you have GamePass, or PlayStation Plus? Also do you have Vessel of Hatred expansion?
Trade works for me.
Got PS plus and VoH. Last season it worked like half the time I logged in, but this season it only worked on first day.
It works in the end after at least 10 log and re-logs in to the game. This just sucks balzzz.
It’s a pain to acces trade chat .
